Integrations & custom apps

Shopify, wired into the systems thatrun the business.

Custom Shopify apps and integrations for ERP, accounting, warehouse and inventory systems, so orders, stock and customers stop being re-keyed between screens.

How it flows

  1. Shopify
  2. Integration layer
  3. ERP
  4. Warehouse
  5. Accounting

The problem

Every re-keyed order is a future discrepancy.

Most growing retailers end up with Shopify at the front and other systems behind it: an ERP, an accounting package, a warehouse, a marketplace. When those are joined by exports and spreadsheets, errors arrive quietly and are found at month end.

We build the connections properly: a written data contract, a clear source of truth for each field, logging for every sync and alerts when something fails. We already run this kind of integration for our own Shopify apps, which submit merchants' data to mall GTO servers and to LHDN every day.

What we do

What's included.

  1. 01

    ERP and accounting sync

Orders, payouts, refunds, products and prices exchanged with the system you already use.

  2. 02

    Multi-location inventory

Stock levels synchronised between warehouses, outlets and Shopify locations.

  3. 03

    Order routing

Orders passed to warehouses or 3PLs and fulfilment status returned to Shopify.

  4. 04

    Custom Shopify apps

Private or public apps that add workflows Shopify and existing apps do not cover.

  5. 05

    Scheduled jobs and middleware

Reliable background processing with retries, so a timeout does not lose an order.

  6. 06

    Monitoring and runbooks

Sync logs, failure alerts and documentation your team can follow.

How it works

The process, step by step.

  1. 01

    Map

Systems, data owners and the fields each system is trusted for.

  2. 02

    Choose

Native feature, existing connector or custom build, based on cost and fit.

  3. 03

    Build

Integration with logging, retries and test data.

  4. 04

    Reconcile

Parallel run against existing records before switching over.

  5. 05

    Operate

Monitoring, alerts and updates as Shopify's API versions change.

Questions

Asked often.

Should we use an existing connector or a custom build?

Use an existing connector when it covers your data and volumes; it is cheaper to own. Custom work makes sense when the connector forces your operation to change, or when no connector exists.

What happens when Shopify changes its API?

Shopify releases new API versions quarterly and supports each for a limited period. Integrations need scheduled updates; we include this in support arrangements.

Can you work with our in-house IT team?

Yes. We agree the data contract with your team and document the integration so it can be maintained on either side.
