Support & maintenance
A Shopify team on callafter launch.
Design changes, Liquid code amendments, Shopify support and content updates from a team that knows your store, billed by the hour or from prepaid credit hours.

The problem
Stores keep changing after launch.
New campaigns, new products, a section that breaks after an app update. Without a team on call, small changes wait or get done in a hurry.
Every request is estimated in hours before work starts, so you know the cost up front. Credit hours are drawn down as work is delivered.
